ISNHS Intramurals 2019

       According to the Wikipedia, intramurals are recreational sports organized within a particular institution, usually an educational institution, or a set geographic area. The term derives from the Latin words intra muros meaning "within walls" and was used to describe sports matches and contests that took place among teams from "within the walls" of an institution or area. 

      All of us have different abilities. All of us have different likes. Also, all of us have sports that we like. Intramurals is where we can show our skills, we can also develop our skills in doing sports.Here in ISNHS, we celebrated the school intramurals last September 13, 2019. The sports that have been  included are basketball, volleyball, badminton, and many more. Athletes joined sports while the non-athlete like us attended some booths. ISNHS students was filled with joy within a short period of time

      Intramurals may not teach us knowledge but to teach us lessons that not every we win time  but sometimes we lose.

Science-MAZING

      Declaring September as the National Science Club Month (NCSM), shall celebrate the 2019 National Science Club Month. With the theme "METABOLIZE: Nourishing the Filipino Youth Towards National Well-Being", this celebration aims to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics innovation, improve the interest, awareness and appreciation of students through interactive workshops and science-related activities.

      Science Month Celebration is an event which helps children to become more innovative and widens the knowledge about science. Though  most children have difficulties about this subject, this celebration helps us to love science, not only to learn but to have some fun.

     Since science month celebration being held, we must give importance to what we have learned. We must put to our mind that science is not a heavy subject. Thanks to science celebration that I have some lessons that I learned

Home to study and have fun

        Department of Education, Region I, conducted a happy schools movement in which the goal is for the development and to make the students be comfortable to where they are studying. This movements is also to relieve stress for the students.

        This movement is to make the students to think that school is not only a place to study but also a place to have fun and make friends. This schools movement was conducted at Vigan Convention Center (VCC), May 20,2019 and participated by students. The theme for this movement is "Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod". This movement have booths that have been built inside the Vigan Convention Center that has a lot of design so that the students will enjoy the booth and can be a booth for pictorials.

        This movement for me is very helpful because this is my free to relax and enjoy.

Solidarity in Vigan City

       Solidarity means unity, or agreement of feeling, or action especially among individuals with a common interest, mutual support within the group. Vigan city was listed in UNESCO World Heritage List of Sites and Monument as the city is the "best-preserved example of a planned Spanish colonial town in Asia". As a part of Biguenos, we are celebrate this festival. So, what is solidarity and the goal of this celebration?

       Vigan is included in 7 wonder cities and we are celebrating this every September. This celebration aims to maintain the unity of people and the pride of history and culture of Vigan. This celebration is also promoting friendship and diversity between countries. Vigan' well preserved Spanish trading town has survived by the bombings during World War II. In Vigan, a lot of activities such as the street dance, Zarzuela, and many more. All residence of Vigan can be a part of it. Repazzo de Vigan is a parade that is participated by 39 barangays, especially students and members of NGO. this celebration is last by weeks and it will celebrate this coming September 8, 2019.

      Solidarity works best when we respect each other's differing needs. We are celebrating this to remember the survival of our culture. so, we must be proud that our home, Vigan is added to the 7 wonder cities in the world.
